About The Position

At Hema-Tec, Inc., we believe that great healthcare starts with great leadership. We are a family-owned, mission-driven team built on a simple promise: we take exceptional care of our people so they can take exceptional care of our patients. Our mission is to empower our clinical staff to change the lives of dialysis patients, one treatment at a time. As an Area Program Manager, you are the heartbeat of that mission in the field. You'll lead our frontline hospital programs—supporting our nurses and tech teams, taking care of our hospital partners, and making sure our daily operations run smoothly and safely. If you’re a supportive, down-to-earth leader who loves solving problems and helping teams thrive, we’d love to talk to you.

  • Ability to travel between hospital sites in the assigned local area.

Nice To Haves

  • Acute care familiarity, including comfort working in or around fast-paced hospital environments like ICUs, emergency departments, or acute dialysis units.

Responsibilities

  • Lead frontline hospital programs, supporting nurses and tech teams.
  • Support hospital partners and ensure smooth and safe daily operations.
  • Mentor staff, create fair schedules to prevent burnout, and ensure team confidence in busy hospital environments.
