As an Area Operations Director, you’ll lead multiple health centers across your region, partnering closely with clinical, operational, and client leaders to drive performance, strengthen teams, and improve the patient experience. Requirements

  • 5+ years of healthcare leadership experience
  • 3+ years of multi-site management experience
  • Strong operational and financial acumen, including budget and performance management
  • Experience leading teams within healthcare operations, ambulatory care, onsite clinics, or primary care environments preferred
  • Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Candidates must reside in either the Dallas, TX area or the Tulsa/Oklahoma City, OK market.

Responsibilities

  • Lead operations across multiple health centers, ensuring efficient and consistent service delivery
  • Drive performance across KPIs related to patient experience, operational excellence, and client satisfaction
  • Coach and develop clinic leaders and regional team members
  • Partner cross-functionally with clinical, operational, and client stakeholders
  • Identify operational challenges and implement process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with AAAHC and organizational standards
