As an Area Operations Director, you’ll lead multiple health centers across your region, partnering closely with clinical, operational, and client leaders to drive performance, strengthen teams, and improve the patient experience. Requirements

5+ years of healthcare leadership experience
3+ years of multi-site management experience
Strong operational and financial acumen, including budget and performance management
Experience leading teams within healthcare operations, ambulatory care, onsite clinics, or primary care environments preferred
Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Candidates must reside in either the Dallas, TX area or the Tulsa/Oklahoma City, OK market.

Responsibilities

Lead operations across multiple health centers, ensuring efficient and consistent service delivery
Drive performance across KPIs related to patient experience, operational excellence, and client satisfaction
Coach and develop clinic leaders and regional team members
Partner cross-functionally with clinical, operational, and client stakeholders
Identify operational challenges and implement process improvements
Ensure compliance with AAAHC and organizational standards
