About The Position

Premium Retail Services is hiring an Area Merchandiser Lead for its Precision Team. The role leads retail execution across multiple store locations, supporting assigned work, troubleshooting store challenges, and building relationships with store leadership, team members, clients, market coordinators, and representatives. The lead works independently while collaborating with others, and provides training, coaching, and support to peers. The schedule allows flexible workdays and autonomy, with 32–35 hours of work per week.

Requirements

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality execution.
Availability to work 32–35 hours per week.
Experience mentoring or training team members in retail environments.
Confidence building relationships and communicating with store personnel.
Dependability, professionalism, and confidence.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and contribute to team success.
Reliable transportation to travel up to 150–200 miles between store locations.
Availability for occasional overnight stays.
High school diploma or GED.
Comfort using mobile apps, client platforms, and store technology.
Ability to enable location services on a smartphone during work hours.

Nice To Haves

Associate degree.
At least 2 years of grocery retail experience.

Responsibilities

Complete assigned retail tasks accurately and on time.
Address and resolve urgent store issues as they arise.
Conduct store and representative audits to ensure quality and consistency.
Perform client walks and collaborate with clients when needed.
Lead and support complex resets, individually or with a team.
Review jobs and projects, including visit instructions, questions, and objectives.
Complete time studies for upcoming work opportunities.
Communicate clearly and consistently with management and field team members.
Provide advanced training to existing representatives as needed.
Represent major consumer brands professionally in stores.
