About The Position

WIS International offers an entry-level management opportunity. The ideal candidate is a team player who is goal-oriented with good interpersonal skills and has a hands-on leadership style. We are always looking for new, motivated people to join our team. The successful candidate will establish and maintain effective business relationships with internal and external customers at various levels, analyze results and report on operational performance to senior management, and recommend or implement actions to address performance metrics and achieve targets for profitability, productivity, and efficiency. They will deliver high levels of professionalism and exceptional customer service, implement and promote a safe working environment, and have the flexibility to work a varied schedule and travel to our customers’ locations.

Requirements

• At minimum a college diploma, ideally in business or management studies, or equivalent education and experience.
• A well-defined sense of diplomacy, conflict resolution, and people management skills.
• Effective written, verbal communication skills and computer literacy in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• A strong capability to train, build and motivate a diverse team.
• Strong organization and accuracy in all facets of work.
• A desire to learn and the drive to reach for promotional opportunities.
• A clean or near clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

• Retail or Warehouse experience is an asset.
