About The Position

Be part of the Innovation Center Manufacturing team as an Area Manager (2nd Shift), producing high-performance tires for Goodyear Racing. In this role, you will lead 25–30 production associates in a unionized environment, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality operations in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required
5+ years of relevant manufacturing or operations experience
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
