About The Position

Indigo Urgent Care, a MultiCare Company, is seeking an Area Manager to oversee clinic locations in the Inland Northwest Region, including Hayden and Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. This leadership role involves guiding high-performing teams, fostering collaboration among Area Managers, and promoting continuous growth through learning and development. The Area Manager is a hands-on operational leader responsible for the daily operations of multiple geographically dispersed Retail Health and ancillary service locations. This role ensures an exceptional experience for customers and team members by managing operations, marketing, finance, human resources, and information systems, while maintaining high clinical and service quality.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of experience in lieu of degree will be considered
Three (3) years of experience in professional or technical role required (urgent care or healthcare field preferred)
Three (3) years of experience in a supervisory or lead capacity

Nice To Haves

Master’s degree preferred
Consideration may be given to internal candidates not meeting the minimum qualifications

Responsibilities

Act as an immediate end-to-end workflow, compliance, and key performance indicator resource and role model for staff and providers during shifts.
Maintain high visibility with patients and families to address concerns, evaluate satisfaction, and ensure service quality.
Directly observe and coach team members with workflow adjustments needed to ensure KPI met at each shift and clinic outcomes achieved to department standard.
