The Area Manager reports to the District Manager and is responsible for achieving regional goals such as sales estimates and revenue projections by hiring, training, and coaching store team members to develop SecureSpace talent. They will work directly with the store teams, providing guidance and leadership in all aspects of store operations. This is a Temporary Role to assist with our Southern California locations in San Diego, Vista, Palm Springs and the surrounding areas. The Area Manager plays a crucial role in enhancing the performance of properties, adhering to policies, and driving business growth. Key responsibilities include working primarily in our stores and leading by example to ensure the highest level of customer service for SecureSpace Management patrons.
