The Area Manager reports to the District Manager and is responsible for achieving regional sales estimates and revenue projections through effective hiring, training, and coaching of store team members. This role involves direct engagement with store teams, offering guidance and leadership in all operational aspects. This is a temporary position to support our Southern California locations in San Diego, Vista, Palm Springs, and surrounding areas. The Area Manager is pivotal in enhancing property performance, ensuring policy adherence, and driving business growth, with a primary focus on working in our stores and leading by example to deliver superior customer service.
