About The Position

The Area Manager is responsible for overseeing multiple retail locations within a designated geographic area. The Area Manager will lead and develop store teams, implement company strategies, and manage budgets to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Area Manager or similar leadership role in retail.
• Strong understanding of retail operations and sales strategies.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions.
• Proficiency in budget management and financial oversight.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel within the designated area.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
