About The Position

The Site Leader is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the North Dallas site, ensuring efficiency, safety, and productivity. This role involves managing a team, optimizing workflows, and maintaining a positive work environment. The Site Leader will also be responsible for implementing company policies and procedures, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a leadership or management role.
• Strong understanding of operational management.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to optimize workflows and processes.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software and systems.
