Requirements

2 years experience in shipping and receiving in warehouse or manufacturing environment
Demonstrated strong management skills and experience in a manufacturing environment
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to motivate and organize multiple efforts to accomplish goals
Strong focus on positive work culture and employee engagement
Strong SAP aptitude

Responsibilities

Monitors production levels on a continuous basis to insure employees are productive and striving to meet production schedules
Must be able to establish departmental goals, both financial and non-financial, with clear work plans
Must champion Safety and promote safety by example in all aspects of the operations
Enforces all company policies including safety and government safety regulations
Builds strong engagement within the team by effectively communicating the department's strategy and goals to the team
Develop a daily work plan for assigned crews
Responsible for inventory accuracy, cycle counts and control of all materials
