Spreetail is hiring an Area Manager to lead our Reverse Logistics teams within our LNK02 warehouse.

Requirements

1-3 years of experience in team management
Returns/reverse logistics experience; either managed or built team previously
Sales background in account management or marketplace management
Pricing and inventory background in sales; forecasting and managing demand planning

Responsibilities

Manage policies and procedures for the department to create a successful safe and healthy team culture that drives engagement.
Oversee core daily operations of Liquidation, Vendor Returns, Parts, Field Destroy, Low Value Resell, and Sales.
Forecast work volume, creates schedules, identifies personnel needs, and works with P&C in order to manage and scale the department.
Develop talent for leadership, and for internal/external department job changes.
Create and monitor goals, objectives, KPIâ€™s and other metrics for the financial growth of Reverse Logistics.
Develop improvements and works with Software for efficiency, financial, and reporting needs.
Understand and reviews task and financial reporting weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
Ensure team members have the necessary tools, assets, and structure to do their job.
Organize projects and initiatives towards accomplishing department objectives and metrics.
Collaborate with Merchandising to ensure Vendor Agreements are in place for optimized financial recovery.
