This role involves managing the daily operations of the maintenance department, ensuring the upkeep of warehouse equipment such as material handling equipment, pneumatic systems, electrical systems, air compressors, ammonia refrigeration equipment, and general building repairs. The position also requires monitoring and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, including OSHA, Hazardous Waste, NFPA, Storm Water, and DOT, related to maintenance operations. Additionally, the role includes managing financial aspects, monitoring expenses and capital expenditures against budget, tracking asset utilization, and preparing business reports.
