About The Position

The Area Manager-Immunology will be responsible for the promotion of CSL products and managing business development/distributors to achieve sales targets within the Dallas West Territory. This territory covers West Dallas Proper, and extends to areas including Arlington, Fort Worth, Amarillo, Lubbock, Midland, and Odessa, TX. The role involves promoting products to specific call points, developing and maintaining relationships with key accounts and external clients, and establishing high-level scientific relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). The Area Manager will also facilitate the development of new accounts, support existing accounts, and contribute to education programs by providing presentations at scientific congresses, conferences, and patient organization meetings. Input to the marketing strategy and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures are also key aspects of this position.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in a scientific or business field
• 5+ years' experience in pharmaceutical sales
• Demonstrated success with field sales and market share growth
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and regulations

Responsibilities

• Responsible for promotion of CSL products and managing business development/distributors to achieve sales targets
• Promotes products to select call points to achieve territory sales targets, consistent with regional/corporate direction
• Develops and maintains relationships with key accounts and external clients to increase awareness of product offerings; establishes and maintains high level scientific relationships with KOL key opinion leaders
• Facilitates development of new accounts while supporting growth of existing accounts
• Supports education programs, providing presentations at scientific congresses, conferences and patient organization meetings
• Provides input to the marketing strategy
• Ensures customer contact and promotional activities comply with company policy and standard operating procedures
