The Area Manager II will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, providing coaching and development to associates, and ensuring positive results in all areas including quality, productivity, cost, safety, and morale. This role involves managing departmental performance, conducting meetings, performing accident investigations, and tracking absenteeism and timekeeping. The Area Manager II will also conduct interviews for nonexempt shifts and continuously work to improve processes within a fast-paced, mission-driven company.
