About The Position

The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking an operations professional to lead at its Pennsylvania Distribution Center (PADC), a distribution hub that ships products globally. This front-line leadership role develops and leads a team of 15–20 order and material handlers, helping the team meet and exceed company and individual goals in safety, quality, and productivity. The position also offers the opportunity to support a warehouse execution software transformation and lead change across the supply chain, with opportunities for further personal and professional development.

Responsibilities

Manage assigned non-exempt employees, focusing on daily productivity and accuracy standards and positive employee relations.
Process orders to meet or exceed monthly sales budgets.
Conduct and lead team meetings.
Ensure picking and shipping accuracy.
Manage inventory and warehousing of finished goods.
Participate in LEAN and continuous improvement projects.
Stage shipments in accordance with company policies and state, federal, and international regulations.
Maintain accurate data in computerized distribution systems, including WMS, IPTI, and SAP.
