About The Position

The Crisis Services Area Manager is a vital member of our leadership team reporting directly to the Division Director or Assistant Director. Leading the day-to-day operation, including case consultation and supervision of crisis intervention specialists, you will be instrumental in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care throughout your region – making an impact on your staff, our clients and the community! Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field
• VT licensure required (LCMHC, LADC, or LICSW)
• Experience working with individuals experiencing a mental health crisis
• Demonstrated knowledge of mental illness and developmental disabilities
• Excellent communication skills
• Supervisory experience
• Knowledge of the VT mental health system of care

Nice To Haves

• QMHP designation preferred; onsite training offered
