About The Position

The Area Manager Asset Protection is responsible for overseeing asset protection initiatives within distribution centers (DCs) and fulfillment centers (FCs). This role involves ensuring data and digital literacy, environmental protection, operational excellence, partnership and collaboration, employee health and safety, asset protection and security, EHS training delivery, risk management, process improvement, influential communication, and transportation operations. The manager will work to minimize loss and shrinkage, ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and contribute to the overall operational efficiency and integrity of the facilities. Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety Management; Industrial Hygiene; Environmental Science, Chemical/Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
2 years' experience in the field of Environmental, Health and Safety within Supply Chain, Retail, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field.
2 years' experience in Continuous Improvement methodologies (for example Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), World Class Manufacturing (WCM) , Lean Six Sigma) within Supply Chain or manufacturing environments.
Possesses knowledge of Data collection modes techniques and tools data analytics.
Possesses knowledge of Environmental policies and procedures applicable federal state and local laws and regulations involving the environment.
Possesses knowledge of Organizational processes root cause analysis techniques department workflows Standard Operating Procedures SOPs and One Best Way OBW processes.
Possesses knowledge of Stakeholder identification stakeholder communication stakeholder engagement techniques stakeholder management effectiveness tools and methods.
Possesses knowledge of OSHA guidelines compliance safety and food safety auditing processes regulatory inspection processes emergency evacuations plans.
