About The Position

7-Eleven is seeking an Area Leader Trainee for a retail sales role. This position involves directly overseeing 12-14 store locations and training employees to provide exceptional customer service. The company offers an in-depth, typically 12-month training program with significant career growth potential, leading to a key operational role. Within 2-5 years, Area Leaders can advance into various career paths. Upon appointment to a district, an Area Leader will receive a company vehicle for business use.

Requirements

• A 4-year degree from an accredited college or university in a related field or 5+ years of experience managing district or regional operations for retail/commercial, or a large single commercial store with multiple managers and 100+ employees.
• A valid Driver’s License from the state of residence while maintaining automotive liability insurance during course of employment.
• The ability to multi-task, being self-motivated, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Previous multi-unit management experience is preferred.
