Part-Time Evening Area Lead Trash Collector
About The Position
Pro Valet is hiring a part-time evening trash collector to service apartment communities in the Dallas area. The role offers a consistent route and weekly schedule, with most team members working 1 to 4 hours per evening. Service takes place Sunday through Thursday, beginning at 8:00 PM, with Friday and Saturday off. Pay is a flat rate of $80 per service night, dependent on community size; the posting also lists monthly earnings of $1,400 to $1,600, dependent on community size. This is a 1099 contractor position, and paid training is provided. A pickup truck, trailer, or utility van is required.
Requirements
- Reliable transportation.

- Valid license and vehicle insurance.
- Smartphone for work communication.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to follow company policies and safety procedures.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Responsibilities
- Collect bagged trash and recycling from residents’ doorsteps.
- Transport waste to the on-site dumpster or compactor area.
- Walk the apartment community during service hours.
- Work independently while following company policies and safety procedures.
