About The Position

Greenway Waste & Recycling is hiring part-time evening Area Lead Trash Collectors to service communities in the Louisville, Kentucky 40207 area. This position offers a guaranteed route and hours, with flat-rate compensation of $85 per service night, typically earning $1,020 to $1,530 per month depending on community size. Team members work an average of 12 to 18 service days per month, generally 1 to 4 hours per evening. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday evenings, starting at 8:00 PM, with Fridays and Saturdays off. Paid training is provided. This is a 1099 contractor position, and a pickup truck, trailer, or utility van is required.

The Area Lead Trash Collector works independently and outdoors, collecting bagged trash and recycling from residents’ doorsteps and transporting it to the community’s on-site dumpster or compactor area. The role involves walking the apartment community during service hours and following company policies and safety procedures.
