About The Position

Affinity Waste Solutions is hiring part-time evening Area Lead Trash Collectors to service communities in the Greensboro 27407 area. This is a contractor (1099) position offering a guaranteed route, guaranteed hours, and flat-rate pay of $85 per service night. Compensation is approximately $1,020 to $1,530 per month, depending on community size. Paid training is provided, and immediate openings are available.

The work involves collecting bagged trash and recycling from residents’ doorsteps and transporting it to an on-site dumpster or compactor area. Team members walk the apartment community during service hours and work independently while following company policies and safety procedures. Most team members work one to four hours per evening, averaging 12 to 18 working days per month.

The schedule is Sunday through Thursday evenings, starting at 8:00 PM, with Fridays and Saturdays off. A pickup truck, trailer, or utility van is required. The role is suited to people seeking dependable supplemental income outside a daytime schedule.
