Part-Time Evening Trash Collector
About The Position
Affinity Waste Solutions is hiring part-time evening trash collectors to service apartment communities in the Dayton area. This contractor (1099) position offers a consistent route and schedule, with most team members working 1 to 4 hours per evening. Compensation is $400 to $1,300 per month, or $20 to $65 per service night, depending on community size, under a flat-rate pay structure. Paid training is provided, and immediate openings are available. Service takes place Sunday through Thursday evenings, starting at 8:00 PM, with Fridays and Saturdays off. Collectors work independently outdoors, picking up bagged trash and recycling from residents’ doorsteps and transporting it to an on-site dumpster or compactor area. A truck, trailer, or utility van is required. Requirements
- Reliable transportation.
