Part-Time Evening Area Lead Trash Collector
About The Position
Affinity Waste Solutions is hiring part-time evening Area Lead Trash Collectors to service communities in the Greensboro, North Carolina 27407 area. This is a contractor (1099) position offering supplemental income, guaranteed hours, a guaranteed route, and a guaranteed paycheck. Most team members work one to four hours per evening and earn $1,020 to $1,530 per month, depending on community size. Compensation is a flat rate of $85 per service night. Paid training is provided, and immediate openings are available. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday evenings, starting at 8:00 PM, with an average of 12 to 18 working days per month. Friday and Saturday are off. A pickup truck, trailer, or utility van is required. The work takes place outdoors at apartment communities and involves collecting bagged trash and recycling from residents’ doorsteps and transporting it to an on-site dumpster or compactor area. The role involves working independently, staying active, and following company policies and safety procedures. Requirements
