Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
3 years of Management Experience

Oversee culinary operations across multiple cafés, catering programs, and workplace dining environments
Engage in menu engineering that reflects seasonality, global flavors, and evolving food trends
Implement sustainable sourcing initiatives aligned with Sodexo and client goals
Lead team development for chefs, supervisors, and frontline culinary staff
Ensure operational excellence including food safety, sanitation, and quality standards
Drive culinary innovation that enhances the guest experience and differentiates Sodexo’s offerings
