Requirements

  • Culinary leadership expertise with a proven ability to guide multi‑unit teams and elevate food standards across diverse operations
  • Innovation in menu development with a passion for seasonality, global flavors, and trend‑forward culinary concepts
  • Operational discipline including strong food cost management, safety compliance, and quality assurance
  • Team development skills with experience mentoring chefs, building talent pipelines, and fostering a culture of excellence
  • Client partnership strength with the ability to collaborate, communicate, and influence at all organizational levels
  • Strategic mindset that balances creativity with business acumen to drive performance and enhance the guest experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 years of Management Experience
  • 3 years of Functional Experience

  • Implement sustainable sourcing initiatives aligned with Sodexo and client goals
  • Lead team development for chefs, supervisors, and frontline culinary staff
  • Ensure operational excellence including food safety, sanitation, and quality standards
