About The Position

The Area Execution Manager (AEM) is a full-time, field-based working lead responsible for high-quality, on-time retail merchandising execution across an assigned market of stores. The AEM personally performs merchandising, reset, installation, and break-fix work while leading the in-store team of merchandising associates assigned to market projects. The role includes training associates, modeling standards, directing in-store work, and inspecting completed work for quality, completeness, and safety. The AEM partners with the District Manager, who owns scheduling, staffing, and personnel decisions for the market. Regular travel throughout the assigned market—and travel to neighboring markets when business needs require it—is required. Occasional overnight or extended travel may be necessary. The position pays $25.04–$26.00 per hour. The AEM performs and oversees store merchandising activities, serves as an in-market point of contact, ensures accurate project reporting, plans daily travel, enforces safety standards, and escalates staffing, coverage, and client or store issues to the District Manager. The role requires a full-time schedule, including occasional early mornings, evenings, or weekends during peak resets. The work involves frequent lifting and carrying of up to 50 pounds, with heavier loads occasionally handled with assistance. Employees must stand, walk, bend, kneel, squat, reach, and climb ladders for extended periods, safely operate hand and power tools, and travel between multiple stores during the workday. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.
