About The Position

The Area Execution Manager (AEM) is a full-time, field-based working lead responsible for high-quality, on-time retail merchandising execution across an assigned market of stores. The AEM personally performs merchandising, reset, installation, and break-fix work while leading the in-store team of merchandising associates assigned to market projects. The role includes training associates, modeling standards, directing in-store work, and inspecting completed work for quality, completeness, and safety. The AEM partners with the District Manager, who owns scheduling, staffing, and personnel decisions for the market. Regular travel throughout the assigned market—and travel to neighboring markets when business needs require—is required. The position involves planning daily routes between stores, using mobile apps and systems for project reporting, and maintaining a personal toolkit for merchandising and installation tasks. Occasional overnight or extended travel may be required.

  • Able and willing to travel by personal vehicle throughout the assigned market and, when business needs require, to neighboring markets, including occasional overnight or extended travel.

Required tools include screwdrivers, pliers, hammer, tape measure, level, adjustable wrench, cordless drill, drill and driver bits, rubber mallet, utility knife with replacement blades, and socket set.
  • Keep tools in safe working condition and use them in accordance with company and OSHA safety guidelines.
  • Frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds, and occasionally more with assistance.
  • Stand, walk, bend, kneel, squat, reach, and climb ladders for extended periods; safely operate hand and power tools; and travel between multiple stores throughout the workday.
