The Area Execution Manager (AEM) is a full-time, field-based working lead responsible for high-quality, on-time retail merchandising execution across an assigned market of stores. The AEM personally performs merchandising, reset, installation, and break-fix work while leading the in-store team of merchandising associates assigned to market projects. The role includes training associates, modeling standards, directing in-store work, and inspecting completed work for quality, completeness, and safety. The AEM partners with the District Manager, who owns scheduling, staffing, and personnel decisions for the market. Regular travel throughout the assigned market and, when business needs require, to neighboring markets is required. The role requires at least two years of retail merchandising, fixture installation, electronic displays, resets, or comparable field experience, as well as experience leading, training, or directing field associates. The AEM must be able to execute planograms and project instructions, use mobile devices for reporting and photo capture, maintain a personal toolkit, and travel by personal vehicle. Availability for a full-time schedule with occasional early mornings, evenings, or weekends during peak resets is required. Physical work includes frequently lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, standing and moving for extended periods, climbing ladders, safely operating tools, and traveling among stores throughout the workday.
