About The Position
Flynn Pizza Hut is seeking an experienced multi-unit leader to lead restaurant teams and develop managers. The Area Director will help create a supportive, fun workplace and provide excellent customer service while serving quality products. Flynn Group offers training and career development opportunities across its brands and locations.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of multi-unit leadership experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry.
- At least 18 years old.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to recruit, select, train, coach, motivate, and evaluate managers.
Responsibilities
- Teach, develop, and coach managers.
- Motivate multiple restaurant teams to work together and achieve goals.
- Set high standards for self and team members.
- Inspire the team and help create a positive environment and culture.
- Recruit, select, train, coach, motivate, and evaluate management team members, and provide direction.
- Communicate verbally and in writing with people at all levels of the business.
- Create a great place to work and provide customers with excellent service and quality products.
