The Area Director of Sales & Marketing is the commercial leader responsible for accelerating revenue growth and strengthening market dominance across a high-visibility, multi-property Hilton portfolio, anchored by the Home2 Suites Austin South and supported by full oversight of our Tyler and Frisco hotels. This role serves as the strategic architect behind all sales and marketing initiatives—driving performance through disciplined analytics, competitive intelligence, and a forward-thinking approach to market opportunities. Operating as a key business partner to both the General Manager and the VP of Sales & Marketing, the Area Director sets the commercial cadence for the portfolio by shaping long-range sales strategies, optimizing segment mix, elevating brand presence across diverse Texas markets, and ensuring flawless execution through cross-functional collaboration.
