About The Position

We're looking for an Area Care Tech (ACT) to step in and support clients when regular staff are unavailable. This dynamic role is perfect for experienced caregivers or CNAs who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about providing top-quality care. As an ACT, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining continuity of care across multiple clients and locations.
Requirements
- Age 18 or older
- Active CNA or PCA license (preferred) OR Willing to become PCA.
- Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
- Current auto insurance
- Clean background check and drug screening
- Willingness to travel to client homes as needed
Responsibilities
- Assisting with personal hygiene and grooming
- Supporting safe mobility and transfers
- Performing light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Offering companionship and emotional support
- Documenting care activities and reporting any changes in client condition
- Responding quickly to client needs in various homes across assigned areas
