Architectural Project Manager

C&S CompaniesRochester, NY
$95,000 - $125,000Hybrid

About The Position

We’re looking for an experienced Architectural Project Manager who wants more than a title. We’re looking for someone who wants to take control of projects, lead teams, build strong client relationships, and deliver comprehensive, thoughtfully designed work. At C&S, we believe great projects come from the combination of great design, strong project leadership, and great client experiences. Our teams are collaborative by nature, bringing together architects, interior designers, engineers, planners, and other specialists to solve problems and create better outcomes. We also believe the best teams make room for individual strengths and interests - and know how to put those talents to work for the project. As an Architectural Project Manager, you’ll lead projects from programming and concept through documentation, construction, and closeout. You’ll be responsible for the big picture while staying engaged in the design and technical decisions that make a project successful. Most importantly, you’ll own the outcome. We want PMs who are comfortable making decisions, anticipating problems, bringing people together, and pushing a project forward.
