Requirements

Pursuing Graduate degree or beginning final year of a 5-year degree program in architecture
Working knowledge of REVIT
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point).
Sketch-up or other comparable modeling software.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Some experience preferred (entry-level position)
AutoCAD experience with developing construction documents a plus.

Responsibilities

Performs elementary design computations
Makes quantity take-offs
Prepares plans and renderings
Observe architectural features of structures in field
Assisting and producing documents and plans through the entire architectural project phases (DD-CA)
Follow Bailey Edward Policies and Procedures
