Architectural Designer
About The Position
A Los Angeles–based multidisciplinary studio providing architecture, landscape, and interior design services is seeking a Job Captain to work directly with one of the firm’s partners. The role focuses on adaptive reuse and high-end custom home projects in the Los Angeles area, including houses developed in-house and projects for private clients. The Architectural Designer will help lead residential design projects from concept through completion, manage interior and exterior design development using CAD and Revit, conduct on-site design observations, and support project managers with proposals, schedules, work plans, and conceptual cost estimates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
- At least 4 years of experience in the field.
Responsibilities
- Help lead residential design projects from concept through completion.
- Manage interior and exterior design development using CAD and Revit software.
- Provide design observation on-site for projects around the Los Angeles area.
- Support project managers on fee proposals, project schedules, work plans, and conceptual cost estimates.
