Working under the guidance of the Architect of Record, you’ll contribute to the design, documentation, and coordination of projects across a variety of industries—including life sciences and food & beverage. Requirements
- Degree in Architecture (B.Arch, M.Arch, D.Arch, or equivalent) preferred
- Associate degree or technical certification with relevant AEC experience will be considered
- 3+ years of professional experience in an architectural or AEC environment
Nice To Haves
- Proficiency in Revit and Microsoft Office
- Experience with Enscape, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
- Experience developing and coordinating construction documents
- Working knowledge of building codes (IBC, ADA, etc.)
- Experience in advanced technology or industrial project types (life sciences, biotech, pharmaceutical, food & beverage, etc.)
- LEED, WELL, or other sustainability accreditation
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Willingness to travel as needed for project or training support
Responsibilities
- Develop design and construction models using Revit or other BIM tools
- Produce drawings and documentation including floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, sections, and details
- Translate redlines and markups into coordinated, high-quality drawing sets
- Review drawings to ensure compliance with CRB documentation standards
- Collaborate closely with engineering and construction teams to deliver coordinated, constructible designs
- Support field investigations, site visits, and data collection
- Participate in design reviews, coordination meetings, and quality checks
- Assist with the development of studies, presentations, and reports
