About The Position

OneFourTwo Design Group is a full-service design firm seeking a detail-oriented Architectural Designer who is passionate about the design process to join their team in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL. The firm provides services including Creative Design, Project Management, Master Planning, Interior Design, and Structural Analysis and Engineering.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field
• 2+ years of relevant design experience
• Ability to develop presentation drawings (colored site plan and elevations) and construction drawings is required
• Revit experience is required
• Experience in standard Microsoft & Adobe Suite software (Photoshop, Word, etc.) is preferred
• AutoCAD and Lumion/Sketchup experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist with site and space planning for construction project managers
• Research building codes, local zoning, and business park covenants
• Prepare presentation drawings, diagrams, and renderings to clearly convey design ideas
• Review project scope with construction project managers
• Produce architectural documents for permit submittal and construction
• Review and coordinate construction documents with construction project managers and consultants
• Develop preliminary designs into construction documents
