About The Position
Namdar Group is a premier real estate development firm based in Great Neck, NY, specializing in ground-up multifamily high-rise projects. We are dedicated to shaping city skylines and building vibrant residential communities through innovative design, meticulous technical planning, and architectural excellence. As an Architectural Design Manager, you will lead our high-rise residential projects from conceptual design through construction documentation, ensuring they are designed on schedule, within scope, and to our exacting quality standards. You will serve as the central point of contact, coordinating closely with developers, structural engineers, consultants, and municipal authorities to drive the successful design and permitting of our large-scale multifamily developments.
Requirements
- Experience in leading high-rise residential projects from conceptual design through construction documentation.
- Ability to ensure projects are designed on schedule, within scope, and to exacting quality standards.
- Strong coordination skills with developers, structural engineers, consultants, and municipal authorities.
- Experience in driving the design and permitting of large-scale multifamily developments.
