About The Position
An Architectural Associate prepares design and construction documents under the supervision of experienced staff. This role requires the ability to complete assigned tasks with limited direction and demonstrate experience coordinating with other consultants. The associate will also prepare planning, building, and health permit submittals, and review and respond to contractor RFIs and submittals.
Requirements
- Graduated with a degree in Architecture or a related program
- Two to five-plus years of experience
- AutoCAD and Revit proficiency
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Adobe Acrobat / Bluebeam proficiency
- Self-motivated with a high level of accountability
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Attention to detail and solid understanding of construction means and methods
- Developing presentation and project management skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience working under a licensed architect in a design or production role
