About The Position
We are seeking memory subsystem architects to contribute to and take ownership of various aspects of the memory subsystem for what is currently the largest and highest bandwidth memory system ever constructed. This encompasses the distributed memory fabric, memory controllers, and the interface with the XPUs/compute complex.
Requirements
- Deep knowledge and hands-on experience in the design and implementation of memory sub-systems.
- Understanding of LLM inference workloads and their impact on the memory subsystem.
- Understanding of the benefits and limitations of memory tiering for various workloads.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with CXL and other memory pooling protocols.
- Experience with design and implementation of memory controllers.
- Experience with processing in memory and other “unique” memory subsystem projects and efforts.
Responsibilities
