Architect - Enterprise Application ServiceNow N 4D
About The Position
Genpact is hiring an Architect for Enterprise Application ServiceNow. The role designs and architects ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements, and develops and implements custom applications, integrations, and platform configurations. It provides technical leadership and guidance to development teams on ServiceNow best practices, manages and maintains ServiceNow instances—including upgrades, patches, and performance tuning—and works with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. The architect also stays current with ServiceNow developments and recommends innovative solutions. The position is hybrid and lists any work shift in the United States. Los Angeles, California-based candidates are not eligible. The approximate annual base compensation range is $80,000–$100,000 USD; the actual offer depends on factors including experience, skills, geographic location, and internal equity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or a master’s degree in Software Engineering.
- Certified System Administrator – ServiceNow certification.
- Skills in Agile Methodology, Change Management, Client Relations, Collaboration Tools, Design Thinking, Executive Presence, Inclusion, Modernizing Operations, People Leadership, Personal Effectiveness, Risk Management, ServiceNow Platform, and Storytelling.
- English proficiency at C2 level.
