About The Position
Genpact is hiring an Architect - Application Development to design and implement software architecture for large-scale applications. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and design specifications, evaluates technologies and frameworks, and helps ensure architecture and coding standards are followed throughout development. It provides technical leadership to development teams, proactively addresses technical risks, and supports quality and performance through code reviews. The position participates in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis through deployment and maintenance. The role is hybrid and classified as a regular, day-job position in the United States. English proficiency at C2 is required. The approximate annual base compensation range is USD 80,000–100,000. Los Angeles, California-based candidates are not eligible.

- Required skills: Actimize, Agile Methodology, Full Stack Development, and Java Full Stack Development.
- English language proficiency at C2 level.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement software architecture for large-scale applications.
