About The Position

CACI is seeking a ServiceNow Enterprise Architect to serve as a hands-on technical leader designing, building, and evolving its enterprise ServiceNow platform. The position supports delivery teams by defining architectural standards, implementing business-aligned solutions, and ensuring platform scalability and reliability. The architect provides technical direction, maintains architectural integrity, and guides the use of AI-enabled development tools to improve efficiency, quality, and adherence to best practices. The role works with cross-functional partners to drive innovation and deliver reliable, scalable, user-focused solutions that meet business and compliance needs.

The role combines solution architecture and hands-on development. The architect defines platform structure, builds reusable frameworks, identifies technical debt, supports module implementations, and ensures solutions meet enterprise policies and technical standards. The position also applies AI-driven development tools to accelerate solution design, improve code quality, and support automated review and compliance processes.

Requirements

• 7–9 years of experience delivering enterprise-scale technical solutions, including direct ServiceNow development.
• Strong architecture background across data, workflow, automation, integrations, and platform governance.
• Hands-on scripting experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, Flows, Client Scripts, and REST/SOAP integrations.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Strong ServiceNow development experience and relevant certifications.

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification.
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect certification.
• Ability to gain experience supporting additional application components using modern development frameworks and languages such as JavaScript, Ruby, and .NET.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies such as Azure and AWS, API-based integrations, and DevOps toolchains such as GitHub.
• Familiarity with eDiscovery or legal technology platforms such as Relativity and Nuix.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a hands-on contributor in solution architecture, requirements quality reviews, and technical troubleshooting.
• Define and maintain the architectural vision and technical standards for the ServiceNow platform.
• Perform hands-on development, including scripting, integration design, prototyping, and solution implementation.
• Provide engineering support for adjacent applications, ensuring consistency with enterprise architecture standards and best practices.
• Use AI-assisted development tools to improve solution quality, enforce best practices, accelerate troubleshooting, and enhance delivery efficiency.
• Apply full-stack development experience across front-end, back-end, and API integration to extend architectural leadership beyond ServiceNow.
• Support Agile delivery teams through story refinement, technical design reviews, and sprint execution as needed.
• Guide teams in using ServiceNow capabilities across ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, and custom application development.
• Architect, design, and develop solutions using Now Experience and UI Builder, including component-based workspaces and user interfaces aligned with enterprise UX and architecture standards.
• Oversee technical readiness for upgrades and evaluate new ServiceNow features for adoption.
• Maintain documentation of architecture decisions, system interactions, and platform configuration standards.
• Mentor developers and administrators on architectural patterns, efficient coding techniques, and platform governance.
