About The Position

HUB is currently hiring an ARC Service Analyst for the Accounting Resource Center (ARC). ARC is the Accounting Help Desk for the Hub Financial Center (HFC), the centralized accounting team for HUB International. HUB is among the nation's largest insurance brokerages, advising businesses and individuals on how to prepare for the unexpected. Requirements

High School Diploma Required
Minimum 2 years of experience with Property Casualty insurance accounting or Property Casualty Insurance Account Manager experience including agency bill invoicing
Ability to quickly learn new systems and workflows
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong belief that client service is the top priority
Understand that teaching someone how to find the answers is more important than just providing the answer
Strong analytical skills and enjoy research
Possess a good eye for detail
Able to work independently and provide results

Responsibilities

Respond to emails from Operations requesting assistance with Accounting related questions or issues
Research “what went wrong”
Determine assistance needed and follow the path to resolution
Follow up to make sure end-result is obtained
Work with the Accounting units to ensure that requests are completed
Assure that fields are completed correctly and timely in the ARC ticketing system
Duties as otherwise assigned
