About The Position

We are currently hiring a Service Analyst for the Accounting Resource Center (ARC). ARC is the Accounting Help Desk for the Hub Financial Center (HFC), the centralized accounting team for HUB International. Requirements

• High School Diploma Required
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Property Casualty insurance accounting or Property Casualty Insurance Account Manager experience including agency bill invoicing
• Ability to quickly learn new systems and workflows
• Has excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Has a strong belief that client service is the top priority
• Understand that teaching someone how to find the answers is more important than just providing the answer
• Strong analytical skills and enjoy research
• Possess a good eye for detail
• Are able to work independently and provide results

Responsibilities

• Respond to emails from Operations requesting assistance with Accounting related questions or issues
• Research “what went wrong”
• Determine assistance needed and follow the path to resolution
• Follow up to make sure end-result is obtained
• Work with the Accounting units to ensure that requests are completed
• Assure that fields are completed correctly and timely in the ARC ticketing system
• Duties as otherwise assigned
