About The Position

PSC Group, formerly known as Petroleum Service Corporation, is seeking an AR Specialist II for a temporary position. This role is responsible for handling account reconciliations, customer payment issues, processing complex invoices and payment applications, investigating billing discrepancies, and assisting with month-end closing, reporting, and audit preparation. The specialist will also monitor account aging, support collection activities, and identify process improvements to enhance AR efficiency. Responsibilities

• Handles account reconciliations and customer payment issues to ensure accurate records
• Processes complex invoices and payment applications in compliance with company policies
• Investigates billing discrepancies and coordinates resolution with customers and internal teams
• Assists with month-end closing, reporting, and audit preparation
• Monitors account aging and supports collection activities
• Identifies and recommends process improvements to enhance AR efficiency
• Completes any other duties that may be assigned to complete the job
