AR & PM Liason - (before Quote Project Analyst)

Job summary: To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an AR & PM Liason located in Milpitas, California US. The “AR & PM Liason” would oversee continuously driving a culture of excellence in the organization and enabling waste removal activities using lean and six sigma approaches and tools and guiding actions to a sustainable conclusion.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree Finance or equivalent experience in Manufacturing Industry
- Expert in Microsoft office
- Expert in Excel & PowerPoint
- Expert Communication Skills (Written and Verbal)
- Experience in AR/AP collection, resolution
Responsibilities
- Track and follow up on AR/AP for all customers, working together with the Program manager and finance
- Help following up on payments to customer
- Work with finance team and PM to clear credits/rebills for customers
- Help resolving account block
- Work with PM/finance/PM on exposure reports
- Communicate directly with customers on collecting ARs, tracking past due ARs and resolving disputes
- Collaborates closely with finance, order management, program management and materials teams
