About The Position

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a 3D Scanning Technician to join our Cladding Drafting department. Requirements

Degree or diploma in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Familiarity with Jonas or other accounting software is an asset
Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel
Working knowledge of commercial credit reporting and scores
Ability to work both independently and within a team setting
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a team-first environment

Nice To Haves

Experience in construction accounting is highly preferred

Responsibilities

Evaluate and assess the creditworthiness and risk of new customer accounts
Monitor and maintain customer credit limits
Make daily collection calls and perform timely follow-ups
Communicate with internal teams to resolve issues affecting receivables, escalating where needed
Process and allocate customer payments and credit card transactions
Provide regular updates on collection activity and outstanding accounts
Confirm invoice receipt and required documentation with customers
Address billing disputes and short payments to ensure prompt resolution
Perform account reconciliations accurately and on time
Maintain knowledge of construction law as it relates to credit and collections
Support the team with additional duties as required
