Requirements

  • Extremely reliable and take pride in being someone that others can count on
  • Friendly, positive, and approachable attitude with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexible and eager to learn – especially when new tasks or challenges come your way
  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and can shift gears quickly when needed
  • Basic experience with AR or the willingness and enthusiasm to learn
  • Confident with computers, including Microsoft Office and general office software

Responsibilities

  • Support Accounts Receivable with processing, follow‑ups, and customer calls
  • Complete data entry with a sharp eye for accuracy and detail
  • Answer and direct phone calls with a helpful, proactive approach
  • Provide general administrative support, including producing packing tickets and invoices, processing credits, price adjustments, customer updates and account maintenance
  • Offer backup support to leadership and other departments during busy periods or absences
  • Step in wherever needed to keep the office running smoothly
