Requirements

Must have 3-5 years of experience in a similar position
Microsoft Office experience
Successfully pass pre-employment drug screening
Must be a detail oriented individual that is able to work well with others
Must be dependable, trustworthy, and have a positive attitude
Must be able to work extended hours and some weekends during the busy season
Must be organized and have good time management
Strong customer service skills
Computer knowledge

Nice To Haves

Prevailing wage knowledge
AA or Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required
Office environment: 1 year (Preferred)
Accounts receivable: 2 years (Preferred)

Responsibilities

Collect and balance scale sheets with freight bills to ensure totals match
Calculate times and ensure accuracy of data provided from drivers and enter into HaulIt
Input and send out invoices and monthly statements
Answer phones and offer assistance to customers on accounts
Communicate with subhaulers as needed
Work with dispatchers to ensure billing of the correct job
Work with Certified Payroll to accurately bill certified jobs
Other miscellaneous billing duties as requested
